Feering, Essex – off market acquisition

Representing an institutional landowner, Nick Harper made contact with his old client, a landowner, and negotiated the acquisition of this arable farmland on the edge of Feering for its development potential. 
Further land was then purchased from another landowner and all of it was let to a local farmer. 
Planning representations were made to demonstrate the land’s suitability for residential development, leading to a successful planning permission being granted for 165 houses by Braintree District Council.
